I accept my inner child’s feelings
When you first get in touch with your vulnerable inner child, you may find that it is very emotional. It may be hurt, sad, or even angry and resentful. Sometimes it’s hard to accept that your inner child is so upset. Remember that the child is in pain because it has been wounded. Also, it may be hurt that you have abandoned and ignored it all your life! Accept the childś feelings, and give it lots of love and understanding. That’s all it’s ever needed.
